Smoked Sausage In Rice Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. smoked sausage
    2 Tbsp. minced onions
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    3 c. cooked rice
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Cut sausage into 1/2-inch chunks; saute with onions and bell pepper.
    Drain.
    Stir in tomatoes with liquid and catsup.
    Blend and simmer 20 to 30 minutes; salt and pepper to taste.
    Serve over cooked rice.
    Serves 6.
