Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    4 apples
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    nuts (if desired)
Preparation
    Beat eggs and 2 cups sugar together.
    Add orange juice, oil and vanilla; beat until light (about 5 minutes).
    Add flour and baking powder, beat about 10 minutes.
    Peel and slice apples.
    Mix with 6 tablespoons sugar, cinnamon and nuts.
    Set aside.
    Pour 1/2 of batter in greased tube pan, then 1/2 of apple mixture.
    Add rest of batter, then remaining apple mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 90 minutes.
