Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. yellow corn meal
    1 c. cream-style corn (8 oz.)
    1 c. buttermilk
    2/3 c. Chefway oil
    2 eggs
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (4 oz.) can mild or hot chilies
    2 Tbsp. dried onion
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese (mild Cheddar)
Preparation
    Recipe is for one 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
