Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. thinly sliced zucchini
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 c. oil
grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. biscuit mix
4 eggs
minced garlic
Preparation

Combine zucchini, onion, oil, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, biscuit mix, eggs and garlic to taste.
Place in 11 x 7-inch or 9-inch square greased baking dish.
Top with sprinkling of Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
