Okra Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    small okra
    1 tsp. dill seed or 1 head fresh dill
    dash of salt
    1 or 2 cloves garlic (whole, chopped or minced)
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    1 pod hot pepper
Preparation
    Pack okra in hot jars.
    Add dill, salt, garlic and hot pepper. Heat vinegar and water to boiling.
    Pour over okra; seal. Process
    15 minutes in boiling water bath.
    Makes 1 pint.
