Jimmy Carter Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick softened margarine, melted
    1 c. flour
    1 c. ground dry roasted unsalted peanuts
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. chocolate instant pudding
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
    2 1/2 c. milk
    chocolate syrup
    1/2 c. chopped peanuts
Preparation
    Mix together margarine, flour and 1 cup ground peanuts together like pie crust.
    Then put into 13 x 9-inch greased pan and bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Let cool.
