Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium bell peppers
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 cloves chopped garlic
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped onion
    3/4 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 well beaten egg
    1/2 c. beef broth or water
    3/4 c. chopped green onion
    buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cut off tops of peppers and remove seeds.
    Boil peppers for 4 minutes in rapidly boiling water or in microwave on High for 4 minutes.
    Drain.
