King Ranch Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. corn tortillas
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    2 or 3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed chicken soup
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed mushroom soup
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomatoes and green chilies
    1 large hen, stewed, deboned and cut into bite-size
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese
    garlic and salt to taste
Preparation
    Soak tortillas in chicken broth and place in bottom of 3-quart casserole. Saut green peppers and onions in oil until tender. Put over chicken. Add 3/4 cheese; sprinkle with chili powder, garlic and salt. Spoon undiluted soups over and top with crushed tomatoes and chilies. Add rest of cheese. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
