Crabmeat Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
2 cans crab meat or 1 lb. fresh crab meat
2 pkg. English muffins
2 small jars Old English cheese
Preparation

Take the stick of butter and 2 jars of cheese and place in a microwavable pan.
Melt the butter and cheese.
Take an egg beater (whisk) and beat until smooth.
Add a dash of garlic powder (if you like a real garlic taste, you can add fresh garlic); add crabmeat and mix well.
Spread on English muffins.
Put on cookie sheets and refrigerate for at least 45 minutes.
Preheat oven for 15 minutes or until light brown around the edges.
I then turn my oven on broil and cook a few minutes.
Eat and enjoy!
