Thousand Island Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 qt. cucumbers, peeled and diced
    2 qt. onions
    1 pt. vinegar
    3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 1/2 tsp. turmeric
Preparation
    Boil cucumbers and onions until tender.
    Drain.
    Then add vinegar, sugar, flour, salt, celery seed and turmeric.
    Mix all together.
    Boil 5 minutes.
    Jar and seal.
