Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chopped broccoli
    3/4 c. uncooked rice
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and rice according to package directions.
    Saute onion in butter.
    Add soup and milk to onion.
    Heat until smooth. Drain broccoli and add to mixture.
    Drain rice and add to mixture. Cut cheese up into mixture and stir until melted.
    Pour into greased baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
