Party Shrimp Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3 (8 oz.) cartons sour cream
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 (0.6 oz.) pkg. Italian dressing mix
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
    3 (4 1/2 oz.) cans medium shrimp, drained, rinsed and chopped
    1 large round loaf bread
    fresh parsley sprigs
    cherry tomatoes
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.
    Stir in next 5 ingredients.
    Chill at least 1 hour.
    Scoop out center portion of bread, leaving crust intact.
    Tear removed portion into bite sized pieces; set aside.
    Pour dip into cavity of bread.
    Garnish with parsley sprigs and cherry tomatoes.
    Serve with reserved pieces of bread.
    Also good with Wheat Thins.
