Chicken Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    4 cloves garlic, chopped
    2 c. carrots, chopped
    1 box spinach, chopped (frozen)
    oregano
    sweet basil
    salt and pepper
    Parmesan cheese
    1 box orzo noodles or noodles of your choice
Preparation
    Boil whole soup chicken slow for 1 hour.
    Then remove to a bowl to cool.
    Add vegetables and boil for 1/2 hour with spices.
    Add frozen spinach the last 10 minutes, if desired.
    After chicken has cooled, clean away from bone and add back to the pot.
