Beef Stroganoff Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 pkg. Hamburger Helper mix for beef noodle
    2 1/2 c. hot water
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1 can (4 oz.) mushroom stems and pieces
    parsley flakes
Preparation
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Cook and stir ground beef and onion in 10-inch skillet until beef is light brown and drain.
    Stir in noodles, sauce mix, water, sour cream and mushrooms (with liquid). Heat to boiling and pour into ungreased 2-quart casserole.
    Cover and bake 15 minutes.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
    Makes about 5 servings.
