Turkey Chili(Heart Healthy Cooking) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. diet margarine
    2 lb. ground turkey
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 (16 oz.) can low-sodium whole tomatoes (undrained)
    1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes and green chilies (undrained)
    2 c. low-sodium tomato juice
    2 to 3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 (15 oz.) cans kidney/pinto beans, drained
Preparation
    Saute onion, green pepper and garlic in margarine in Dutch oven.
    Add turkey and cook until it loses pink color.
    Stir in remaining ingredients, except beans. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer one hour.
    Stir in beans, cover and simmer an additional 15 minutes.
