Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 clove garlic, cut up
    1 regular size tomato sauce
    4 Tbsp. chili powder
    salt
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
    1 onion
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    3 c. red beans
    1 regular size tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/8 tsp. red pepper
    1/2 Tbsp. oregano
    1/8 c. cold water
Preparation
    Cook onion and garlic in oil. Brown beef and add beans, tomato sauce, tomatoes and vinegar. Mix well and let start cooking, then add chili powder, red pepper, salt and oregano. Cook for 3 hours, then mix cornmeal and water together and pour into mixture, stirring well. Let cook 15 minutes longer.
