Everyday Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 beaten eggs
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. finely chopped parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground sage
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 lb. ground beef or turkey
1/4 c. catsup
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

In a large bowl combine eggs and milk; stir in bread crumbs, onion, parsley, salt, sage and pepper.
Add ground meat. Thoroughly mix meat and seasonings.
Spoon meat mixture into 5 1/2 cup ring mold or a loaf pan.
Firmly pat meat into mold.
Unmold mixture in a shallow baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes. Spoon off the drippings and fat.
