Potato Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large potatoes, boiled and mashed (1 c.)
    2 envelopes granulated yeast
    1 c. milk
    2/3 c. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    5 1/2 c. sifted flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup lukewarm water.
    Scald milk and add butter, sugar and salt.
    Stir until sugar is dissolved.
    Add mashed potatoes and mix well. Cool to lukewarm.
    Add the yeast and half of the flour.
    Mix well. Beat in eggs.
    Add remaining flour and mix thoroughly.
