Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (18 oz.) cans sweet potatoes, drained
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained (reserving juice)
30 large marshmallows
1/3 c. light brown sugar
3 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Put potatoes and pineapple in 1 1/2-quart shallow baking dish.
Cook and stir 12 marshmallows, sugar and butter until marshmallows melt.
Pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with pecans.
Bake 40 minutes.
Top with remaining marshmallows.
Return to oven for 3 to 4 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
