Spinach Balls Hors D'Oeuvres - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. chopped spinach, thawed
2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing (ground not cubed)
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. Parmesan cheese
3/4 c. margarine
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cook and drain (squeeze) spinach.
Mix margarine with spinach until melted.
Add cheese and eggs when spinach is cool.
Form into balls (1 tablespoon size).
Bake on cookie sheet 15 to 20 minutes.
Makes approximately 75 balls.
Can be frozen until needed.
