Cheese Quesadillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients

10 Mariachi fajita tortillas
2 c. Sargento shredded Mexican combo cheese (8 oz.)
1 (4 oz.) can Casa Fiesta diced green chiles
1 (16 oz.) jar Casa Fiesta salsa picante sauce
sour cream

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Place 8 fajita-style tortillas on a baking sheet.
Top each tortilla evenly with 1/4 cup shredded cheese and sprinkle over with diced chilies.
Place in oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese melts.
Take out and fold each tortilla in half, then cut into 4 triangles.
Serve with salsa and sour cream when hot.
