Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans pineapple chunks (with juice)
    1/2 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour and cheese. Add pineapple.
    Mix well. Top with crumbs. Dot with butter or margarine. Bake 20 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Serves 8.
