White Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium sliced cooked potatoes
    1 small chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    2 c. milk
    1 large chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Mix onion, bell pepper, salt, pepper and butter in a pot. Pour in a small amount of water.
    Boil until almost done.
    Remove from heat to cool.
    Then put in flour, milk and eggs.
    Beat well. Place potatoes in a deep casserole dish.
    Pour in mixture. Scatter cracker crumbs on top.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 preheated oven for 35 minutes.
