Garlic And Herb Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
    1 c. buttermilk or low-fat yogurt
    1/4 c. scallions, thinly sliced
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Grease a baking sheet.
    In a large bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, salt, thyme, baking soda and pepper.
    Add buttermilk or yogurt, scallions and oil.
    Stir until a soft dough forms.
    Drop by scant 1/4 cupfuls onto baking sheet.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for about 12 minutes.
