Baked Spareribs "Aloha" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. lean spareribs
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1 (No. 2) can pineapple tidbits (2 1/2 c.) plus juice
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Put ribs in a roasting pan.
    Salt and pepper.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Drain off fat.
    Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over ribs.
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes longer. Baste frequently with sauce.
