Fresh Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. fresh peaches
    1 stick butter
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. water
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil; let cook about 3 minutes. Pour into baking dish.
    Mix remaining ingredients all together and pour over peach mixture.
    Mix all together with spoon.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour.
