Pinwheel Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. butter
    1 c. sugar minus 2 Tbsp.
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 sq. bitter chocolate, melted
Preparation
    Sift flour, measure and resift twice with baking powder and salt.
    Cream the butter.
    Blend in sugar thoroughly and add egg. Beat until smooth and fluffy.
    Stir in vanilla.
    Add flour mixture and milk alternately, beginning and ending with flour.
    Divide dough into 2 portions.
    Stir cooled melted chocolate into one portion and chill both in refrigerator for 1/2 hour or longer.
