Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 peppers
    1/2 c. rice
    1 small onion
    1 can tomato soup
    1 lb. ground beef
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook rice. Blanch peppers about 20 minutes.
    Brown onion and meat; put in peppers and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
