Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. warm water
    1/3 c. dry milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 pkg. yeast
    4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 egg whites (one will work)
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine warm water, dry milk and sugar. Add 1 cup flour and beat hard 2 minutes. Add oil, egg whites and salt. Beat 3 minutes more. Add remaining flour and knead until elastic.
    Put in greased bowl, turning twice to grease both sides. Cover and let rise double in bulk.
