Carol'S Carrot And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. raw carrots, grated
1 Tbsp. onion, grated
1 c. grated cheese
1 beaten egg
1 c. cooked rice
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Boil carrots and onion 10 minutes in as little water as possible.
Add remaining ingredients and pour into buttered casserole, dot with butter.
Place casserole in pan of hot water and bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
Serve with chicken sauce: Use a can of cream of chicken soup and 1/2 to 2/3 cup milk and heat.
