Spaghetti With Ricotta(Ricotta Con Pasta) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. thin spaghetti
    6 oz. butter
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti as directed on package.
    While spaghetti is cooking, mix Ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.
    When spaghetti
    is
    done \"al dente\" drain lightly and place in serving
    platter.
    Toss
    with
    butter
    and
    then Ricotta cheese mixture.
    If a
    little
    dry, add a little water from cooking spaghetti.
    Sprinkle
    with
    additional
    Parmesan cheese and pepper.
    Serve immediately.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
