French Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. warm water
    7 Tbsp. yeast
    7 Tbsp. sugar
    7 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix water, yeast and sugar in electric mixer at low speed. Add some flour to dough before adding salt.
    Gradually add flour until sides of mixer are clean.
    Add a little oil! The dough should be stiff.
    Mix for 10 minutes.
    Let dough rise.
    Make loaves.
    Line pans with cornmeal.
    Let rise.
    Make diagonal slits across loaves halfway through rising.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until light brown.
    Makes 3 or 4 loaves.
