Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breasts
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. paprika
salt and pepper to taste
1 large egg
2 Tbsp. milk
1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
-
Combine egg with milk.
Whip gently.
Combine flour, cheese, paprika, salt and pepper.
Dip rinsed and dried chicken breasts individually into egg mixture and then roll in cheese mixture.
