60 Minute Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3 c. flour
    additional flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Heat milk, sugar, salt and oil to lukewarm.
    Add this to yeast mixture.
    Blend in flour and mix well.
    Dough will be soft.
    Cover and let rise 15 minutes.
    Scrape out onto floured board.
    Knead lightly.
    Round up dough into ball and cut into 16 rolls.
    Let rise 15 minutes on greased and floured pan.
    Bake in preheated 300\u00b0 oven until lightly browned (approximately 30 minutes).
