Great Giblet Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    giblets from a turkey or 4 Cornish hens, chopped
    2 hard-boiled eggs
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch or 2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. broth from turkey or substitute 4 chicken bouillon cubes, dissolved in water
    neck meat
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Blend cornstarch or flour into a small amount of broth.
    Add to large amount.
    Stir in giblets, chopped boiled eggs and neck meat.
    Boil until slightly thickened.
    Add seasonings and a little more broth if the gravy is too thick.
