Mandarin Napoleon Liqueur Lychee Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. lychee syrup, reserve from drained can of lychees
    6 Tbsp. light corn syrup
    1 Tbsp. Mandarin Napoleon or Grand Marnier liqueur
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Heat lychee juice and corn syrup to a rolling boil.
    Cool until lukewarm, add lemon juice and liqueur.
    Stir until blended. This can be spread over a cake or used as a glaze for pork, ham or chicken.
