Macaroni Salad(Serves 8) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cooked, drained, rinsed macaroni
3 large finely chopped sweet pickles
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
3 large grated carrots
6 hard-boiled, chopped eggs
1 bunch chopped celery
1 can sliced pitted black olives
6 oz. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. oil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
Preparation

After cooking macaroni, rinse and drain well and save. Combine last 5 ingredients in small bowl.
Stir and save. Combine remaining ingredients together with macaroni and mix well, then add small bowl sauce and stir until all mixed very well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
