Sweet And Sour Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1/3 c. vinegar
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/3 c. water
    1 c. pineapple juice
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients; form into walnut size balls for hors d'oeuvres or larger if for a meal.
    Brown in the butter or margarine.
    When brown and almost cooked, add the pineapple juice, pineapple chunks, vinegar, sugar and soy sauce.
    Heat through. Combine the cornstarch and water; blend in with the mixture in the skillet.
    Cook until thickened.
