Pickled Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. Hawaiian salt
    1 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. white vinegar
Preparation
    Combine sugar, salt and water.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Add vinegar.
    Cool; pour over cut vegetables at least 2 hours before serving.
    May use cauliflower, carrot, cucumber, radish, celery, round onion, broccoli.
