Stuffed Garlic Bread - cooking recipe

1 (16 oz.) loaf French bread
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. cubed Monterey Jack cheese
1/8 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. butter
6 cloves diced garlic
olive oil
pepper
Preparation

Cut a \"V\" shape top out of entire loaf; save.
Remove all bread from interior, leaving crust shell intact.
Tear into large chunks.
Brown bread and garlic in butter.
Drizzle with a little olive oil while browning.
In a large bowl, mix bread mixtures, cheeses, sour cream and pepper, mixing well.
Spoon mixture back into crust shell.
Top with shredded Cheddar cheese.
Replace top of bread.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted and hot throughout (about 25 minutes).
