Sunshine Muffins(Lo-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    2 egg whites
    1/4 c. margarine
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. applesauce
    1 c. finely shredded carrots
    1/2 c. drained crushed pineapple
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/3 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, beat egg with egg whites.
    Add margarine, sugar and applesauce and beat well.
    Stir in carrots and pineapple.
