Pork Carnitas Empanadas - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. instant corn masa mix
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 pinch of salt
1 1/8 c. warm water

Preparation

Mix the masa, oil, salt and water in a bowl. Knead briefly until very smooth. Shape into a ball and reserve.
