Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken, boiled and picked off bone
    1 can enchilada sauce
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped fine
    1/2 onion, chopped fine
    1/2 block mild Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 large bag restaurant white corn chips, broken into pieces
Preparation
    Combine onion and bell pepper with soups.
    Add chicken and enchilada sauce.
    Stir well, adding a handful of the grated cheese to the mixture.
