Pineapple-Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 small can crushed pineapple plus juice
    2 c. diced banana
    1 c. nuts (optional)
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Sift together into bowl flour, soda, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon.
    Make well in center.
    Add to dry ingredients the vanilla, oil, pineapple, banana, nuts and eggs.
    Stir; don't beat. Pour into greased floured Bundt pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 75 minutes.
    Can frost or serve plain.
