Ingredients

6 yams, cooked, peeled and sliced
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
6 slices bacon, cooked crisp, crumbled
1/2 c. chopped pecans or almonds
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Butter a 2-quart baking dish.
Arrange potato slices in buttered baking dish.
In small bowl, combine orange-juice concentrate, sugar and bacon.
Pour juice mixture over potatoes.
Sprinkle with nuts.
Bake until heated through, about 20 minutes.
Serve immediately.
