Freezer Cold Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage head, cut fine
    1 c. water
    1 carrot
    1 sweet pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. vinegar
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Pour 1 cup water over cabbage.
    Add carrot, sweet pepper and salt.
    Let stand 1 hour, then hand squeeze.
    Boil vinegar and sugar together.
    Add celery seed and mustard seed.
    Pour over cabbage and put in refrigerator.
