Molded Seafood Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. Knox unflavored gelatine
    1/4 c. cold water
    3/4 c. boiling water
    pinch of salt
    1 c. salad dressing
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 can red salmon, shrimp or tuna
    1 c. finely cut celery
    1/4 c. finely cut olives
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatine in cold water, then add boiling water and salt.
    Add seafood, celery and olives; mix well.
    Add salad dressing and mayonnaise; blend thoroughly.
    Chill until firm and serve on bed of endive or crisp lettuce.
