Blueberry Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. blueberries
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. quick oats
1/3 c. oleo, softened
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Arrange blueberries in an 8 x 8 x 2-inch glass baking dish. Sprinkle berries with lemon juice.
Mix sugar, flour, oats, oleo and cinnamon.
Sprinkle mixture on top of berries.
Microwave, uncovered, 12 to 14 minutes.
