Hot Pork Chops And Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 pork chops
1 1/2 c. cooked pinto beans with juice
1 medium onion, chopped
5 jalapenos, diced
3/4 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
4 oz. tomato sauce
4 tsp. vegetable oil
salt to taste
1 tsp. lime juice
Preparation

In a large frying pan cook jalapenos and onion until soft and brown.
Remove from pan and set aside.
Fry pork chops until well done and crispy.
Over medium heat add beans, tomato sauce, jalapenos and onion, then add other ingredients.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Serve with warm corn tortillas.
