Ingredients

1 c. juice-packed canned peaches
2 Tbsp. frozen pink lemonade concentrate
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 large egg white
1 c. crushed ice
Preparation

Chill peaches in freezer until very cold.
Add to blender container with pink lemonade concentrate, lemon juice, egg white and crushed ice; puree until smooth.
Pour into glasses.
Makes two (1 1/4 cup) servings.
